For Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit)

• Administrative rights on the computer on which the software will be installed
• x86 or x64 Processor
• 2 GB memory
• Video display with 1024 x 768 or higher resolution with at least 256 colors
• 8 GB of available hard disk space for application software and data
• Internet connection (768kb upload speed)
• Microsoft .Net 4.8 Framework
• Microsoft .Net 2 Framework (Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 - .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) feature needs to be enabled in Control Panel - Turn Windows features on or off)
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (for viewing any reports saved in PDF and online documentation)

Shared Databases

• The Shared Database can be installed on either Microsoft SQL Server 2014 or Microsoft SQL Server 2016. Click on the link to view the Microsoft SQL Server 2014 system requirements or the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 system requirements.

Required Administrative Rights

For the ECMPS directory and all sub-directories, users should have the following rights:

• Modify
• Read & Execute
• List Folder Contents
• Read
• Write

Users should also have the following advanced rights:

• Create Files/Write Data
• Create Folders/Append Data
• Delete
• Delete Subfolders and Files
